We were excited to move forward with our tile project after selecting samples from this distributor. Unfortunately, our experience quickly soured due to repeated delays and poor communication. After weeks of being told the tile was on its way or “due this week,” we contacted the manufacturer directly—only to find out there were no supply issues at all.
