Cabin was not cleaned from the previous stay. Josh agreed to give me a half nights stay off since we had to move into another cabin until our original cabin was clean. Josh clearly made a promise with no intention of refunding me. It's been over 4 months.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They owe us money from our stay that was never refunded. Have tried calling, emailing, messaging, no response. Absolutely terrible customer service.
I can't believe you would not credit a family who was under a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Irma. We had to get home to make sure we still had our houses to live in. Your company should be ashamed of themselves. I would never recommend this place to anyone who can't help others in a time of need. Plus this bathrooms were disgusting and the beds were like cardboard.
DO NOT STAY HERE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A TIME OF NEED. You should be ashamed of yourselves. My family and I evacuated from Hurricane Irma under mandatory evacuation orders. I explained our situation and how we had to leave early in an emergency situation in which their site states they "will work with you in emergency situations for cancellations". We had to check out early to get home to see damages from the hurricane, and get back to our jobs. They would not credit the days we couldn't stay due to a hurricane.
This is the company we rented our cabin from. My Mom finally got up enough nerve to go back to Piegon Forge after my father passed away. That was always their place. The whole time we were there we had to smell sewage to the point you could taste it. It was awful.
We stayed 4 days at Creek side hideaway it was absolutely amazing so peaceful and quiet
We just got back from here , my family and I stayed at Creekside Hideaway and we had a great time and they loved this place, really great. They said that this was the best vacation ever , they loved it here at this cottage. Great place for children and plenty of room for them to play and the little creek was a bonus. I would just like to thank the owners for sharing it with us and hope we can come back next year.
