Best Beer in Boulder Mountain Sun and Southern Sun are both great places to go for beer and burgers. Their Java Porter is excellent and so is the Raspberry Wheat for those who like lighter beers. The atmosphere is really laid back and has a very Boulderish feel. All of their food and beer is reasonably priced, but be warned - they only accept cash, so come prepared with money or an ATM card. Best beer tastiest nachos! I have loved this place for years! You used to be able to buy little pony kegs even on Sundays. Anyhow, the best beer is the Espresso Stout and their Amber although everything I have had there was awesome! Their nachos are truely tasty as well. A small plate is more than enough for two people and be sure to appreciate how flavourful the blackbeans are!!
Great local brewpub! This place has it all - fun atmosphere, great beer and good food. It just feels like the right place to be at the end of a hard week. The look is very casual and the beer list is printed right on the wall. A lot of their beers are very high in alcohol content, which can be of great service after that hard week!
