Dr. Scott Woody and his staff are excellent! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing the services that they offer.
This place is worthless. Spoke to someone about setting up a new patient appt. I was told that they needed to do insurance verification and I would hear back in a couple days. I called after 2 days and was told I would hear back later that day. 2 weeks later and I have received nothing from them. If you are a new patient, do not bother. You will never get an appt and you will just waste your time.
At first they told me they might not be able to run either of my insurance cards (I have two insurance providers) because it's a holiday, and I would have to pay out of pocket. Then they came back and said even with my insurance that I would be liable for at least $160 and up to over $400 for my office visit. They wouldn't bill my secondary insurance and kept telling me it was because I didn't meet my deductible with my first provider. Dr.Woody is kind, patient, and knows his stuff when it comes to treating hemorrhoids. They were able to get me in quickly and the procedure was done within thirty minutes. Highly recommended for those suffering with hemorrhoids.
