This is my first night here, all settled in with my doggos… I feel right at home! From the tour, to filling out the application and ANY questions I had, the very well dressed sweethearts in the office have made this experience easy going! Just wanted to say thank you to mountain steppes and hope your feel as comfortable as I do
I would not reccomend living in this complex unless you absolutely have no other choice. It took nearly 5 months to get my security deposit back. Granted there was mail issues on my side but even after trying to work with the leasing office was like pulling teeth. They do not follow up and apparently don't have enough money to mail out an envelope. The laundry room is not the cleanest and more than half the time the machine weren't working. This apartment complex is very beautiful wish the pool was open besides that it is very nice to live here, Raul who does all the fixing and hard work around here is very helpful always stays on top of things.
Office staff is really nice and maintenance is quick with fixing things. Each person is so personable and remembers details about each member that lives here. Ms. Taylor is so sweet and super helpful every time I come into the office
Not happy with this place. Put in an application and went through so many hoops for nothing. Deposit, and pet deposit all for them to say I’m denied. Contact is not the best. I constantly had to call them for any updates on my application. No veterans discount (military community). May or may not get my deposit back, will see in about three weeks.
