Taylor and Judith are kind and communicative working incredibly hard to make this community a safe, clean, and pleasant place to live and call home. The community is family friendly, well-maintained, and offers beautiful mountain views, green grass, and lovely trees that all help make for a peaceful living environment. Well let’s start off with the new property management company Chamberlain and Associates; absolutely top tier. They took over the property roughly a year ago and they hit the ground running. PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT was lazy, unresponsive and unreliable when it came to the day to day and with maintenance requests. Hi, I have lived here at Mountian Steppes for 4 years now. I have seen a lot of ups and downs, here, during this time. I choose to believe that people do the best they can at the time. NOW, today, lately, I have noticed a lot of positive changes. Taylor, Judith, and the new young lady, are attentive, courteous, And friendly! I am more comfortable here! I feel safer!
