Puddles of water everyday on the driveway are off putting. Their balconies are worn out
Can't find the apartments, fix the falling down or missing building letters/numbers and help delivery staff such as myself, I constantly dread coming here as it slows me down trying to find ANY apartment, especially at night.
This complex is on the more affordable side, so if affordability is what you need, this is a reasonable consideration. That being said - most units do not have a washer and dryer, and the cost for doing laundry here at the laundromat are $4.20/load to wash and dry. There is a pool and hot tub, but it’s been closed more than it’s been open. Maintenance of the grounds is hit and miss. Raul from maintenance is excellent. went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water and worked very fast as well. awesome work and our water heater is now fixed. thank you again raul!
