I have lived at mountain steppes apartments often on since twenty thirteen I had to leave once to help my daughter in new york but when I returned the only place I thought of coming to was here, the office staff are not only very friendly but professional and courteous. Hi, This is just a little additional comment. Today is July 16, 2025. I just want to mention that the maintenance people, Raul, and the young man, sorry, don't know his name, are working very hard. They are always friendly and courteous. There is a lot to do here!, especially in the summer months. Those guys deserve a thank you!!!!!! The pool doesn’t work management sucks because they don’t care about you. It’s a corporate entity that is here to make money.
The maintenance crew at Mountain Steppes Apartments are amazing. Pascal, Raul Joe and Brad have been so wonderful taking care of all of my maintenance needs and in a timely manner. They are very friendly and always have a smile. Great maintenance team.
