Mountain States RV- Terrible Customer Service I made an appointment to have warranty work performed on my trailer. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment to be met by the service writer, Paul, who was irritated before I had arrived. I was very congenial to him but he was rude from the start. When I had made the appointment, I furnished the serial number and model number of the refrigerator to the service desk. Misrepresented On our second outing with the RV we bought there, the roof lifted. Melissa assured us the roof was in good condition. When we told her about the roof, she said we should have paid the $299 to go over the RV. That wasn't offered to us. As soon as she said the roof was in good condition, she misrepresented the vehicle. In my opinion, she'll say whatever she has to in order to get a sale. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

Terrific Service - 6star I recently bought a used Montana Fifth Wheel from Mountain States RV. They were great to work with and I got a great deal on my fifth wheel. But what impressed me the most was they offered to do a pre-delivery inspection and go through the fifth wheel before I bought it for $299. They found the refrigerator not working and had the owner replace it before I bought it. I loved doing business with them. They were honest and bent over backwards to accommodate all my needs.
