I was a tenant for about 5 years and anytime I brought something to Anthony he fixed it or would get it fixed. He was honest with me, worked with me when I changed jobs and I would absolutely rent from him again if I needed to rent a place.

I like Anthony and Mountain States Property. They have taken good care of us and the property we live in.

Awful. These people are extremely rude, refuse to fix damages on the property, and will accuse you of lying and intentionally damaging the property. All they care about is making a quick buck, and spending none of their own money regardless of their responsibilities. I honestly can't say I've ever worked with a less professional or ethical company. Do yourself a favor and rent from literally anyone else.

They’re good at cashing checks and that’s about it...Charged extra money after I left for garbage that was left by some other person. They had absolutely no proof. The owner has no idea what he’s doing. Was asking me what I paid for rent when he came to show the apartment. I feel bad for anybody who uses this company for rent....Stay very far away!! It’s no wonder why all their reviews are terrible.

Slumlords. They don't fix anything that they are responsible for, they are horrible at communication with letters getting 'lost' in the mail and mistyped emails. They can't coordinate with us or repairmen. The house looked the same before and after we lived there and they figured out a way to keep our entire deposit and get us to pay to replace their carpet which they told us was already 20 years old.
