Delivery driver was rude and unwilling to drop rocks in the area we needed. Management didn’t seem to care.

Horrible place! Refused to give us service because of what trailer I have! Take your business right down the street! to high Desert mulching they loaded me no questions asked! Again his reply is very misleading, there very unprofessional. My trailer is a customized cattle trailer for Concrete and there is four massive doors that open on the sides, that I opened and mountain states saw with their own eyes! Very good place to get rock and mulch, they have all kinds of different products and are very helpful. customer service is top tier and their yard is always clean and tidy. i recommend this place to everyone
Love this place! New owners have done so many great things to improve where Best In The West was lacking. They also have better options for decorative rock than any other place in our area, and are always able to get me my deliveries the same week! And they’re open 6 days a week! I Won’t be going any other place for my landscape materials!
