I've been to Mountain States twice for different issues. Sheila has been great: helpful, funny, thoughtful. She starts with the diagnosis and then asks questions to understand my specific experience, discomfort, and issues as well as my desired outcomes. Then she explores treatment options to bring about the improvement most important to me. And she does it all in a light-hearted way that seems totally appropriate, completely human, and fully supportive.
The staff is very friendly. Austin does a good job. He's good at what he does.
Austin at Mountain States is an excellent physical therapist. He did a thorough exam on my knee then clearly explained what he determined my problem was. He then explained the treatment that he suggested, again very clearly. I appreciated his thorough and easy-to-understand explanations. Throughout the weeks that I met with him he changed my exercises to accommodate my changing condition. They always make me feel very welcome and comfortable. Sheila at Mountain States is great. She was very thorough and quickly assessed my shoulder and developed a plan.
