Cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate the great service I receive from the therapist at Mountain State Therapy, both physically and mentally . They have made my recovery so much more bearable after my knee replacement surgery. Thank you to all the staff at the Louisville branch, Jamie who made scheduling easy and to Janessa and John and all the staff who have treated me with kindness and empathy.
Sheila was my incredibly competent and caring hand therapist after my wrist surgery. From the front desk to the other therapists, (who I saw in Sheila's absence), everyone was wonderful. I am back to tennis and pickle ball and I owe it to Sheila's great care. I would recommend Mountain States very highly.

Love, love, love Janessa at Mountain States. She is caring, thorough, patient and most importantly, effective. Without her help my quality of life would not be what it is today.
As a patient with them for a while My doctor had ordered another round of physical therapy Not only did they put the wrong information in my chart and send off to the wrong doctors They never returned a call for my other round They’re very unprofessional From my referrals were being sent off to unknown doctors And then Janessa never sent off to renew physical therapy But took it upon herself to decide if I should come back By simply ignoring my doctors request now mind you, my insurance was paying for this And my doctor had ... read more
