So disappointed with Anderson gliding door product and Mountain State Building Products. We paid $4800 for a gliding door with a foot lock. Now the door is installed there's no hole for the foot lock to engage fully closed (missing the hole). Mountains States response was "read the fine print". Now we have to pay more to get the $4800 door to footlock to actually work.

Very good customer service! Bob was very helpful and showed and qouted several different window options. The prices for windows were very competitive compared to others.
Very helpful and responsive to questions. The sub they recommended for installation of my windows did a fantastic, very professional job!
