Everyone was amazing and took such great care of me yesterday, thank you so much.
My son had 3 out of the 4 teeth he was referred to have gone. I have called 3 times today with no return response and this is now 48 hrs post. His gums are still bleeding and I have tried everything they recommended in the paperwork. I guess they don't respond on weekends.
I personally have had the best experience ever from start to finish. From the girls in the front, the dental assistants to the Dentist himself and everyone in between that had a hand in my care. Everyone was very nice and reassuring, even the Dentist took a moment to make sure I was ok before he started bc I have such high anxiety just by being in the chair let alone what was about to happen. They are very rude and do not tell you everything. Told me that my 17 year old was considered still a child so I needed to be there, yet they let her make an appointment that I was unaware of. It was missed because I did not know about it and my 17 year old unfortunately is not that responsible yet and according to them ( still a child ) I will not ever go here again nor any of my kids. I had to has a few teeth cut out, and I was soooo nervous. Every single person was extremely nice to me. I spent the most time with Krista, so hers is the only name I remember. She is so perfect for her job. She is compassionate, patient with all the random questions I had, and comforted me every step of the way. I don’t remember much after I my iv was placed (which is fantastic) but my husband said I cried and hugged her before he got me in the car.
