Never answer the phone. Has no one to send out when the original caregiver can't work. Which is often.
2 seperate home nurses have talked my 80 year old mother in law out of items from her home! One got a table and chairs the other various items she asked for. This is not acceptable at all. Should be fired for coercing senile old lady out of things! If they're willing to do that then what else are they stealing!?!
I have been a Client with Mountain State since 2010 and they have been really good so Far the only Problem is that when my HOME HEALTH CARE Worker decides to get another Job due to his new Job pays more I have had a really hard time trying to get another HOME HEALTH CARE WORKER AND THEY NEED MORE EMPLOYEES TO WORK IN THE HOME HEALTH CARE FIELD CAUSE They have had a hard time trying to get new EMPLOYEES cause the home HEALTH CARE work isn't the Job that they want to be doing but I have had no Problems with MOUNTAIN STATE HOME... read more
