Took my 80 year old mother for her yearly eye exam. Staff, and the doctor too, would not let you give a complete answer to the questions they asked you, and would cut you off in the middle of what you were saying and then move on to the next thing they wanted to ask, just not very friendly. Exam was not as thorough as it should have been. There was even a charge, that the patient has to pay, for the doctor having determined that you need a new prescription. We will not return.

Dr was very rude and that is not necessary. The staff was great though
Dr Griffith is a kindly, caring man, who takes his time to listen to your problems, and is willing to work with you to solve them. His staff are some of the best people I have encountered, who even go to the trouble of calling you at home to check on your well being.. The only fault I can find is with the telephone answering service. The hold time makes you think you have been cut off. Definitly needs improvement.
