Left high and dry the day of my event. Couldn’t even get a response letting me know I needed to look elsewhere. I tried calling, texting, emailing and sent a message in their portal where I had approved the quote. No response at all is unacceptable. Would not recommend. Thankful to other vendors in town who helped with hours notice.
