I loved Dr Louden! Until I was 7 minutes late last week. After waiting an hour and a half, I stood to ask the secretary and before I said a word the 1st one said “ i’m not dealing with this” and gesture to the lady sitting behind her who yelled at me stating that anybody that is late will not be seen before people that are on time! !”literally Yelling at me. Prompt service, very friendly, knowledgeable and really like the Dr's and nurses.
I was very pleased with the nice staff and DR C. FOTI . Very professional and explained everything I needed to know.
Provider and staff are always friendly. There is rarely any waiting time. If they see something that needs treatment, it's done on the same day.
