Extremely discourteous staff today. I understand times are difficult with COVID but taking an attitude out with someone seeking treatment is not good customer service. Mistakes happen, but refusing to admit you made one then placing the blame on me is excessive and unnecessary. The attitude I was given was a bit much and unfortunately, she received it right back. The mistake today was yours, an apology would be appreciated but I won't hold my breath.
Recommendedi went there to have a small skin cancer removed Dr Jackson and the staff was very professional and friendly and made sure i had the best care possible
