RecommendedI’ve been coming to mountain state since they opened, now that I have moved to Garrett county I have the privilege to work here, all I can say is, the staff do everything possible to make sure the customers are treated the in the best possible way, the cooks put effort into every single pizza/sandwich we make. This place isn’t just a typical restaurant, this is a pub that really cares about everyone’s experience, if you ever have the chance to eat/drink here I highly recommend it
Got there at 625 and was seated by 710. Finally got food by 840. Food was mediocre at best absolutely nothing that would want to make me come back. Got check with everyone’s bill together even though we asked for separate. Waitress said she couldn’t divide it because she didn’t know who ordered “what”drinks. Was told we had to divide it ourself for 4 parties which was 7 people. Also a 20% gratuity was added even though she said she wouldn’t. Worst service I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. RecommendedMy wife and I had our first trip to the restaurant and bar last night. Immediately loved the layout and design of the place. The bartenders were great and gave us awesome suggestions on what beers to try and they all tasted great even the ones I thought I wouldn’t enjoy. Highly recommend the Cold Trail and the M.S.B Seneca
