Dr. Mazulis helped my cat work through a very challenging skin infection. Now he is healthy and happy! Everyone is always so happy to see Walrus when we come in for an appointment - I'm such a proud mama. :) I have also brought a couple of my foster cats to Mountain Star for skin and eye conditions. They're simply the best.
After years of hearing mixed responses from vets on what was my cat's eye issue I finally got the right one from Dr. Bendlin! She was extremely informative and thorough and made my kitty feel comfortable during his exam. She gave me all my next options as well as price transparency. The clinic is very clean and the staff is efficient and welcoming.
The entire staff was friendly, professional, and truly loves what they do. It's never easy when your furry family member needs specialized care, but they made the experience so much less stressful. We are incredibly grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding eye care for their pets. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Frenchie! ❤️🐾
We were referred to Mountain Star by our emergency vet for our cat’s eye injury. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and the time and space to deliberate privately. We chose to go the home care route (as opposed to surgery or removal), and the vet and staff have been responsive to phone calls and emails when we have concerns. We’re still not sure what will happen with our cat’s eye, but I’m confident we’re receiving the best care she can get.
Absolutely the best experience ever. We feel so lucky to have found vets who truly care and the entire staff is so warm and inviting.
