Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sarrah Hoppers (dermatology) and her team! The office is a long haul from Longmont but well worth the trip. As my other reviews illustrate, we have a cat with multiple significant medical issues. This time, he had laser surgery to remove ceruminous cysts from his ears (do not look up photos -- you're welcome!). We also had to biopsy some cysts on his chin. From the beginning we walked in to the second we left- the team at Mountain Star were kind and professional. The staff out front immediately make you feel welcomed - I could feel myself exhaling the minute we were inside. Dr Conway was amazing and so was Sarah - all were gentle, wonderful and kind to my dog Tubbs. We appreciate the care we received today. Also appreciate how quickly they could get us in.
Dr Mazulis took amazing care of our Luna. Following up on her regularly to make sure she was making progress, answered all my questions and provided detailed messages on what was wrong, what that looked like for her health and a game plan.
Very comprehensive. Friendly and made my dog's problem understandable for me.
