Mountain Springs Saloon is a hidden gem in the middle of the desert on the way from Las Vegas to Pahrump. It's the perfect place to stop, relax, and enjoy the unique Old West atmosphere. When I visited, it wasn't busy, so I had a chance to take in the scenery and enjoy the peaceful setting. Melissa was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she shared that on special event days the saloon hosts outdoor BBQs, taco events, live music, and other gatherings that draw big crowds and create a fun festival-like atmosphere.
