Nice facility. Everyone is extremely supportive and helpful, both residents and facility staff. Highly recommend for mental health recovery.

You are met by staff who genuinely care, and you are accommodated accordingly no matter your diagnosis. Your concerns are not only heard, but mountain springs seeks to actively implement change based upon client feedback. Great MHT’s and staff! Fernando, Mattie, Aleia, Jordan, Austin, Halley are all amazing and I greatly appreciate having them available! Even when it’s very busy and stressful they continue to be graceful and patient with us! Really couldn’t imagine having made the progress I did here without them!
