This "behavioral health" center should be shut down. I can't tell if it is an insurance scam or just utterly incompetent. The "doctor" shows up from out of state once a month - if you are lucky. I don't want to disclose any confidential patient information with more details - but if you are considering this place , feel free to reach out to me. When in doubt ANYWHERE is better.
Nice facility. Everyone is extremely supportive and helpful, both residents and facility staff. Highly recommend for mental health recovery.
Mountain Springs, without a shadow of a doubt, has been the best mental health experience I’ve ever received. Your concerns are not only heard, but mountain springs seeks to actively implement change based upon client feedback. Great MHT’s and staff! Fernando, Mattie, Aleia, Jordan, Austin, Halley are all amazing and I greatly appreciate having them available! Even when it’s very busy and stressful they continue to be graceful and patient with us! Really couldn’t imagine having made the progress I did here without them!
