This place is probably the worst place to live, from the moment we moved in ROACHES. We couldn’t move into our house for a whole day while we had to buy supplies to bomb the house for roaches. Called multiple people and no one would help, on top of that the house was disgusting and wasn’t cleaned at all. We took our whole first day cleaning the house before we moved any of our stuff in. Since i moved to there home the a/c doesnt work and it already past 10 month they come change some parts of the a/c but it never works. And each month we receive a electricity bill more than 400$ in the winter we were freezing because the heater wasnt working home degree was 55F and now in summer home degree is 95F and they still didnt fix it and they charge us more than 400$ every month even though we dont use the a/c
Beautiful homes but overpriced. They promised a pool and clubhouse spring of 2023 and it’s still not even close to being done. We move out in a month and expected to use amenities. These homes are managed by American Homes for Rent and they are the absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with. They give excuses for everything, randomly charge you more in utilities with no explanation, we have called and asked for a returned phone call and they haven’t called once.
