My experience today at Mountain Spring Podiatry White Marsh today couldn't have gone any smoother. Dr. Michael Presti took care of my issue in a matter of minutes. I walked out the premises very relieved and having undergone little pain. Definitely recommend this provider.

My husband and I just love Dr. Stott and the staff at Mountain Spring Podiatry. Dr. Stott is kind, he really listens and cares for his patients. Would give them 10 stars if possible.
Dr.Presti is my Bestie!!! He’s the best podiatrist I’ve ever had. I trust him and he communicates with you. He’s hands on with the best bedside manner.He even knows my cats names! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! The entire staff is AWESOME. The front desk receptionist is so professional and nice and his assistant is pleasant as well and lets me ramble on and on to get my nervousness out. lol Even though I don’t drive I will make a way to see him because you just don’t get top notch care like that anymore.
The friendliest and professional staff as soon as you walk in the door. from the receptionist,the check in nurse to Dr Presti. my father has seen this dr for years and always true professionals. if you want top tier foot care then this is the place
