Be cautious when booking an appointment. Ashley canceled 2 appointments(September and November 2024) hours before my scheduled time even after Kristy confirmed the evening before. I was one of Ashley's first clients when she opened her business. Her massages are great but she does not handle her business in a professional manner. I have had more appointments canceled in the last 2 years than I have had honored.
I had an appointment booked and when I showed up the building was locked and no one was answering the phone.
Never got answer, it was liked they picked phone up, then hung up on me!
