5 stars to staff - shoutout to Isaac and him making my daughter’s sleep study easy and low stress. 2 stars for the building. Not well marked with signage, also having to share a bathroom was not ideal.
I had an overnight sleep study in May. I was escorted to one of the sleep study bedrooms, and told to get settled and change clothes. I had completely undressed, and almost completed putting on pajamas when the attendant knocked at the door and said I was on camera! He asked if he told me to change in the bathroom; he had not. He did apologize and said he would delete the video. I’m a little late leaving this review. But I just want to say that I had a great experience at Mountain Sleep Diagnostics. I was a little nervous going in and sleeping away from home, but Isaac made me feel comfortable, and safe. He is funny, kind and explains everything thoroughly. Thank you!
Isaac was an amazing person. He helped me sleep better than I ever have in so long I can't remember ever getting that good of sleep. Maybe now I will be able to sleep better.
