Iisaac was very helpful while I was having a ton of issues getting to sleep. When I overstimmed and had an panic attack, he told me silly stories until I felt better. EDIT: I came back for the sleep study and they made sure Isaac was working that night as well. The familiarity helped a lot. Good experience
As a MD I would be embarrassed if this was my business. For starters they use equipment , the Alice 5 , which was designed for windows 2000. The facility is a converted office building with paper thin walls. The person in the room next to me had their leads attached after me and I had to listen to all the instructions again as I could hear exactly what they were saying (not very hippa compliant).
