A business I loved and respected dearly until the morning of 4/23/25. They have changed their business practice and attempted to force me to leave my Debit Card information on file with them. I do not do this for multiple reasons unless it were a recurring monthly charge. They refused service because I would not submit to this practice. I had no outstanding balance and always paid my copayments up front.
From the first phone call to the office with Chesnie I felt like they were the Sleep Center I needed. I flew from my home in the Caribbean to this center and was very well taken care of. They LISTENED to my fears my needs.. The technician Jackie could not have been more patient and kind during my night being tested.
