Creek staff they take excellent care of you. I trust them with all my heart
I was very satisfied with Dr Wickline and her knowledge. however I just called last week 9/24 to get some records/clearance. Rudest receptionist ever. I’ve not had someone so rude, short and unfriendly too many times. She was right up in the top 5 ever. I called 2 times and got the same rude attitude.
I called to try and make a new patient appointment, and the "answering service" person was extremely rude. Will be choosing a different place. (whichever women who is working Dec 6th, at 1:30pm).

I just walked into the lobby of Mt Cardiology. There were two receptionist. The first was a heavyset brunette who was on the phone. I saw a blonde lady behind her and I went to approach the window close to her and the large woman yelled at me and threw me a nasty look. She was also Incredibly rude to the patient she was talking to on the phone. I imagine many of the patients are elderly and I can’t believe this woman is allowed to treat them so disrespectful and aggressively. I walked right out and will not be coming back.
