This office was frustrating start to finish. Rude, dismissive staff who treated us poorly and unprofessionally at every turn. Cardiologist prescribed medication that resulted in awful symptoms and side effects that made chronic illnesses (POTS) worse. I emailed to ask for instructions as I could barely breathe, and the receptionist called back to tell me to up the dosage. Everyone is so caring and nice. Dr. Wickline is very knowledgeable and provides a more personal experience than big clinics that rush you in and out.
Creek staff they take excellent care of you. I trust them with all my heart
I was very satisfied with Dr Wickline and her knowledge. however I just called last week 9/24 to get some records/clearance. Rudest receptionist ever. I’ve not had someone so rude, short and unfriendly too many times. She was right up in the top 5 ever. I called 2 times and got the same rude attitude.
