Management is money hungry and doesn't care about their residents. They lie and change rules without letting you know. We've had numerous incidents with their hired vendors and they continue to use them and when they destroy my personal property the management tells me it's my responsibility to fix.

This small community is a hidden gem! The streets, the landscape are well cared for. Management is friendly and clear in enforcing policies as well as in communication. Community members are respectful of one another and overall seem to try their best to keep their homes in good condition!
