Choosing a home health agency is an act of trust, especially when managing multiple health conditions. Unfortunately, Mountain Shadows has consistently failed to meet basic professional and sanitary standards. This place is a big disappointment. If you have good insurance then go elsewhere. If a caregiver doesn’t show up they don’t let you know. If they can’t make it. Then when do get through, it goes to the schedulers voice mail and they don’t call back. They are screwy there. They make issue of your once a week outing for errands and laundry when caregivers and the office can’t bother to call you back. Your place will back up with trash and laundry as well. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Mayte is a very caring and knowledgeable person. She is very hard working and pleasant. I would recommend her!!!
