That place is no good they send a worker to my mom house there employee don’t do nothing but sit around smoke cigarettes with her on the kitchen table drives her around to buy cigarettes an it that some shit where my mom wakes up doing her own cleaning when she clockes in t 9 to 1 all she does is sit around and talk like if the sent her a friend or some one to talk to and not work and gets paid to do nothing
I love these people, they do such an amazing job!
Clearly discriminatory when it comes to providing care. A simple request for a caregiver that spoke English as Spanish is not fluent in our home & had difficult providing one. Poor communication with clients regarding whether a caregiver was being sent to cover for a caregiver who quit because she was called out on her poor cleaning skills, failure to follow simple instructions, theft of personal property, money & the fact that Mountain Shadows Home Care did not seem to care that my HIPPA rights were violated when she provid... read more
Do not use Mountain Shadows Sunland Park, NM agency. They have unreliable and untrained caregivers. I used them for 5 months with two different caregivers with the first one showing up late multiple times or not showing up at all and the last one taking my dad on outings and to pull cash from his account for her. The last one filed a false Adult Protective Services report against me when I kicked her out of my house for taking my dad without my permission but thankfully, I have been cleared.
