I have had very bad experiences with Mountain Shadows. What they say is not what what they do. They do not care. It's that simple. I am an 83 year old partially disabled female, and I have been without help for 2 months now, no one calls back, no one responds to voice mails, emails, nothing. The last female caregiver they sent me couldn't seem to keep her hands to herself, apart from her incessant mindless chatter, speeding in the car, etc. I don't know where they get these so called "caregivers", but I am not impressed!

I've been without a caregiver for several weeks. My usual caregiver is out of town and nobody bothered to tell me. I called them yesterday and spoke to a supervisor who spoke to Joseph. He claims that I'm never home and that's not true. So they are supposedly sending someone over today at 12:30. It'll be interesting to see if she shows up.
