I've been with this agency for several months. I was happy with them in the beginning but not now. My caregiver went out of town and nobody bothered to tell me. Not only that they haven't gotten me a replacement to fill in. I just can't help thinking 🤔 that they aren't going to. I'm on oxygen and I use a walker. I really need for them to find someone ASAP. I've been without a caregiver for several weeks. My usual caregiver is out of town and nobody bothered to tell me. I called them yesterday and spoke to a supervisor who spoke to Joseph. He claims that I'm never home and that's not true. So they are supposedly sending someone over today at 12:30. It'll be interesting to see if she shows up.
