Terrible service, terrible caregivers, and even worse, terrible office staff who won’t work to resolve issues. How they are still in business is mind blowing.

I think mountain shadows could use a lot of help they say that there helps her supposed to do what they're supposed to do and they do not it is hard getting them to do anyting therefore I only give them one star because all they ever want to do is sit on their ass and and just get paid

I was approved for homecare 7 hours a week specifically to help me clean and prep my meals. It took several weeks for them to find someone and then they would call and cancel. I was given 3 different names of folks who were scheduled to help and then that would change. I just had a young lady over for the first visits and she was her for 4 hours. When she left she said she clean my kitchen and hall bath. When I was well I could have clean my entire house in 3 hours. Then she left and I went to make lunch and my kitchen was n... read more
