This place is truly one of a kind, apart from the pest problems, the unlimited amount of rules and restrictions to limit the most possible fun you can have, you can occasionally get a free shower too! Sometimes its around 4-5pm or sometimes its around 10pm at night… Don’t even get me started on how amazing the management is here to handle anything, could take around months to fix a problem or they’ll never do it. Don’t even try reporting a problem, you might as well fix it yourself.
This is the worst place I've ever lived. I wish negative stars were possible. They charge for anything and then when things break they blame the tenant and try to charge, even if it was not the tenants fault. Management is incompetent and cannot help with basic issues or enforce any rules that they tape to the door each week. The grounds were disgusting and the whole complex was loud and swarming with people lounging about in any space you could think of. If you want a decent place to live don't live here!
