Place is FULL of roaches, and rats. They say it's up to the tenant to take care of it, a friend of mine was evicted for attempting to call an exterminator. Another friend has receipts stating her rent was paid until January. Manager scammed her into believing she had credit and was paid up as well until they got upset with her and started telling her she was behind on rent of which she has proof she wasn't. IF this is all you can afford then it's a roof. ROACHES ARE BAD RATS ARE OUT OF CONTROL I moved in unaware of rats. I thought I could kill them. Spend more than $100 months trying control rats. YOU CANNOT KILL THEM. THE INFESTATION IS UNREAL. Landlord and manager DOES NOT CARE ON A MONTHLY BASIS I CAUGHT AT LEAST 60+. that's not including ones I didn't catch.
