Looking forward to dinner there on the 29th. Celebrating our 15th Anniversary. I was so excited to see the hotel was reopening. I do wish the menu was available online.

What a disappointing dining experience tonight at Hearth 61. From the flat Gin & Tonic in the bar to the available outdoor seating, even though we reserved online (we were told due to the dust from the next door construction, at 7 pm in the eve...?) to "Roast of the Day" advertised on the menu not being available until next week, to "sorry we ran out of Rack of lamb" after it had been ordered to overall non-engaged staff. This is going to be a great piece of property-when finished. The location is perfect. Our room was spacious and nicely outfitted. The only down side to the room was that the layout was a bit wonky as the shower is an all glass surround without any privacy other than a curtain. If you're staying with kids-and all are working to get ready (shower, make up, etc.)-it makes that process kind of challenging-especially if you are the only guy.
