I come from California, best medical care ever
Wanting to change my primary...tried getting the prescription strength of lidocaine patches cuz the otc ones not wking for me anymore...but my ahcccs didn't cover them...went back to tell them...all they said well you will just have to continue to get the otc ones not goin to request the prescription ones when ya can get otc....grrrr...also her nurse hasn't been kind since day one to me...
Does not take workers comp, which is fine, but they don't tell you that till you show up for the appointment. They didn't help getting me into a place that does handle wc after I waited a week to be seen which in my opinion, that's the least they can do in this situation. Mistakes happen and it's the way they are handled after the fact that matters most. I can accept ineptitude to a point but unfortunately it is harder to accept when they wouldn't even accept my insurance to be seen. Its wild they can refuse service to someo... read more
In general ,this is a nice office and everyone is always nice ,yesterday was not a nice experience ,maybe, it was because I felt horrible,but the NP yesterday really needs to work on her bedside manner! I am glad she is not my primary!! I went to a same day appointment
