They never fix anything, they're so hard to get ahold of. And they will come into your apartment when you're not home and stuff will be missing when you come back. I do not recommend staying at these apartments
They are… THE WORST.. never return calls, maintenance is a joke, the staff is not only clueless but extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a hole in my bathroom ceiling for over a month from a leak above the tub.. no one called or came for again… over a month.. this place is a joke especially when they have the nerve to charge the prices they do
Love it here maintenance guys r great cleaning person who does the hallway so nice n friendly the Salls know we r on social security they raise the rent inly a few dollars every year they really care about u i never want to leave here i love when i go pay the rent in person so friendly i am very happy here
The people who lease this property are very unprofessional. Nate and Norman are the two people I spoke with. I set an appointment with Nate to view this property well ahead of time. The day of the appointment he texted me 10 minutes before we were supposed to meet and cancelled. I was in my car driving to the appointment. I called multiple times to reschedule but he did not return any of my calls.
