Brennen totally went the extra mile to get our insurance to agree to replace our roof! His team was efficient and did good work. There was a small amount of nails that didn’t get cleaned up but we were very pleased overall.
Staff is very attentive and quick to come assess the problem and communicate solutions. Always a delight to work with and extremely tolerant.
I rent and a guy showed up what looked like drunk to look at the roof (body language, slurring, booze on his breath). I called it in, they told me the guy has personal stuff going on so he uses a ton of mouth wash and they apologized. Then they sent the "owner" of the company and the owner said nothing about the whole situation. I didnt want him falling off the roof so thats why I called it in! The crew from Mountain Roofing arrived on time, worked 15 hours completing the roofing job in one day, did a very thorough clean up and removal of all trash. we are very grateful for their hard word and dedication to their craft.
