This place is NOT qualified to care for people. Intake staff is incredibly rude and confrontational. Resident was left unattended for hours and develop a stage 3 pressure sore on tailbone. Resident also had to be rushed to the ER on multiple occasions because staff could not be bothered to follow care instructions. This place is going to get someone killed.
