They were the rep for the buying agent for my house. My house sold and got my final water bill. Someone came into my house will under contract and adjusted my sprinklers and ran up the water bill without my permission. I cant prove it but the only activity going into my house beside the appraiser was one of there agents not once but had accessed my house 5 times without my knowledge.
