The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in any area of injury rehab. Every exercise is explained so that you know how it will help your injury heal better. MRPT is the best that I have seen in my 50+ years of competition and coaching.

September 13 I dislocated my shoulder after being checked out by an orthopedic doctor he suggested physical therapy so I immediately thought of Mountain River. I heard many positive reviews from people I know and made an appointment right away. It's been 5 weeks and I have regained full use of my arm along with full mobility. Mark and Courtney are the best. They really helped me getting back on my feet after my total knee replacement. They are really caring and want to help you be your best. when I started I couldn't even lift my leg. Now I can do everything on my own.
