I've been going to Mountain Ridge Wellness for a while now, and I can't recommend them enough. I see Chelsea, the chiropractor, once a month, and she does an amazing job keeping my body in check, especially since I train in martial arts regularly. Her treatments have become an important part of helping me stay healthy and performing at my best. Dr. Chelsea is the absolute best! She really helped me with my chronic shoulder and neck pain. She is also the only chiropractor that i trust within Maple Ridge to give me the proper care I need. The other services provided (Acupuncture or Massage Therapy) throughout the clinic is also really nice to have to book my services all in one go! The recovery room is an absolute must after a long day at work getting to unwind after a treatment is amazing. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for everything in one place!
I love going to see Dr. Chelsea! She always makes me feel so much better. Sabrina at the front desk is delightful and always so helpful. I also just started seeing Jesse for massage and It was awesome! They also offer other service that I can’t wait to try out! I can’t give this office enough praise! 5+ stars all around!!!!!
