Once again I reached out to Derek. He worked with me to alleviate the pain in my knee, and put me back on the road to recovery and training. After a fairly race heavy spring I was fairly beat up. Derek worked on me and got range of motion back in my hip. He also gave me a great set of strengthening exercises. I would definitely recommend him for all your needs!!
I highly recommend Derek! He was wonderful in helping me strengthen my hips and heal an IT band issue in a short period of time. I also love that he educates you in prevention of future injuries and exercises to continue at home after treatment in his office. He is very thorough! I wouldn't go to anyone else!!
It was incredible--I used to be able to touch about an inch past my knees, if I stretched; now I can actually touch my toes! This was after one visit!! Thank you so much!!!
One of the most knowledgable PTs you will ever find. Highly recommend him to everyone. He has fixed several of my issues of referred pain that I seriously didn't believe would ever be resolved.
