The management team demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism.Despite multiple requests, they refused to rectify known apartment problems upon move-in, claiming a rediculos waiting list. I also tried to have a conversation with the manager who was equally unproductive; she was condescending and dismissed my concerns trying to base it on my lease status🤦🏾♀️. Don't get a place here it's overpriced and disgusting. Do better!!!
2970 Gladwin Rd Abbotsford. I have a few issues to bring. I would like to share a few examples of how you guys breached the contract before I did. So the intercom system has never worked since I have lived there. How do police, fire or EMT get into the building to help someone? Do you know how many handicapped and old elderly people live in this building? If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Kathy who “manages” this place is a total joke. Never repairs anything and leaves you with broken toilets and windows until you finally decide to move out, and then she keeps your damage AND pet deposits if you paid them. Just a waste of human space
