I do not recommend moving here the management is terrible , hard to get in contact with for problems . Walls are super thin , I can hear my neighbors whisper. Not worth $1000+ a month. Also when I left the apartment they charged me for everything they could that I got professionally cleaned .
Had to pay $700 to move out since “damages” were more than my deposit. Apartment was left intact, clean but the fat lady who did the inspection started charging $30 to clean dust off the washer, $20 to dust baseboard etc... Rip off. They scale the price to BAH STAY AWAY.
Would not recommend. They charge a high cleaning fee when you move out that is stated as non negotiable even if you cleaned the apartment before moving out. Walls are super thin. Admin fee was required even though the gym and pool have been closed the entire time living there.
