It has been a few years since I’ve lived at these apartments, but this was easily the worst place I’ve ever lived. Between the mice infestation, the exploding plumbing that flooded the bottom half of the complex, and our apartment that felt like it was literally structurally falling apart, the situation was quite unlivable. I do not believe anyone should live here, and I am honestly surprised these buildings haven’t been condemned by now.
We have lived here for over 3 years and we absolutely adore our little apartment- it truly is such a haven for us and such a wonderful home!

I currently rent from Mountain Ridge Apartments. My swamp cooler has not been working in 5 days! Management don't answer the phones when you try to call them for an emergency! And if they do, they will tell you, you have to wait on a waiting list but never show up and they give you the run around! My apartment is roach and mice infested and I had to call the City of Tucson to complain about them being a slum lord! If you have a family, stay clear from this place!
