Great apartment complex and we my roommate and I were able to find our home
Moved out in August of last year. The swamp cooler went out monthly and it would take a week to get someone out to fix it. Since moving out I have been unable to reach anyone in the office regarding my security deposit return. They do not answer the phone, return calls, or reply to emails. Very unprofessional in general. Try to avoid this whole company if you can. 2 weeks after this review the issue with my security deposit has been rectified. They were fast, friendly, and professional.
Quiet apartment complex, love how close parking is to my apartment, the maintenance guys keep the area clean with no dog poops or trash. Close to many food options which I love !
It has been a few years since I’ve lived at these apartments, but this was easily the worst place I’ve ever lived. Between the mice infestation, the exploding plumbing that flooded the bottom half of the complex, and our apartment that felt like it was literally structurally falling apart, the situation was quite unlivable. I do not believe anyone should live here, and I am honestly surprised these buildings haven’t been condemned by now.
