We just returned from our vacation in Steamboat. We were very disappointed in our accommodations. Although the location was great, the unit was very, very dated and literally falling apart. I understand it is an old building and not every unit has been updated because they are individually owned, but having things broken and not usable is not acceptable. The supervisor and desk staff was very helpful to try to accommodate us but when I asked for a little compensation the management staff refused to help. I will never rent wi... read more
Beware of theft by housekeeping if you stay in Cross Timbers. We arrived on Sunday and Tuesday a watch, wedding band and cash was taken from our condo. The manager has been less than accommodating in trying to resolve this issue.
Clean and comfortable lodging, kind and attentive staff, tons of amenities- love them!!!
