I just found out that my Dr is leaving state of Franklin, no notification from you guys is completely unacceptable. Who ever in your company thinks it is a good idea to allow 13 of your Dr’s walk away is stupid. State of Franklin is about to loose my entire family, my brothers family, and our grown kids. Typical example of an out of touch top heavy organization.
