Very nice place Clean everything
Got a call from one of their team buyers agents regarding a property I have for sale. I am offering 2% buyers agent commission and they refused to show my home because of it. Was told that they wouldn't show because they can get 3%. You are doing yourself a disservice by using this organisation.
Really don't understand how this place is in business. A few months back, I went and sat down with a realtor told her what I was looking for and ask her to send me properties that I would be interested. For the next month she did nothing never sent me one. The only thing she did was just add me to the MLS list.. I contacted another realtor in the area, Michael Anderson, and bought a property within two weeks.
