When looking at apt to consider moving here, I was shown an upgraded model, and told "we don't know if your apt is an upgrade, but only difference will be that it would have carpet instead of wood floors, and it would not have a different deep sink and granite countertops. I had requested 1st floor unit as I have severe arthritis in my hips and 2 bad knees with heart failure. Locked out of my house at 11:48pm. So I call after hour under and left message. I get a text back saying that they couldn't do lock outs. As I told them that me and my wife knew no one who lives here in Fayetteville I get a reply that says sorry there is nothing I can do until in the morning. So for tonight me and my wife will be sleeping in our car just because they couldn't use 3 minutes maybe less to unlock a door. Such an awesome way to treat you residents..

I recently called to take a viewing of this complex and was blessed by a girl named Amanda answering the phone. She was incredibly rude and condescending, I have never encountered someone who wanted to get off the phone fast enough... she made that apparent when I was calling at an inconvenient time for her. Did not realize that as the person trying to give you the money that I worked on your schedule! I wonder what she is like to people that actually live there. We have been living here for more than 4 years now. When we moved here, it used to be a great place to live and was comparable with high-level apartments in the town. However, things have changed for Mountain Ranch Apartments. The apartments themselves are getting old, the floors are making horrible sound when you walk on your floor or hear it from your upper floor when sb is walking.
