As a former Property Manager (albeit 50 years ago), I recognize the important ability to be able to deal with a property owner and a tenant with the same energy, honesty, and interest. We have dealt with Jyl with three properties as tenants over 16 years and have always been treated in this manner and we know she also has the best interests of the owners at heart.
I am appalled how this property manager has disregarded an emergency situation for my elderly neighbor and in my opinion boarders elder abuse. There is no excuse in my opinion how Jyl ignored the situation, which has caused so much discomfort and anxiety for my elderly neighbor. It makes me so sad to witness how someone could LACK so much empathy.
I have nothing good to say about this Company or the Owner. She rarely answers her phone, refuses to approve repairs, and is simply a nightmare to deal with. Do not work with this woman! I definitely do not have her confused with another company. Perhaps Jyl is confused and simply does not realize that assisting Tenants and communicating with Homeowners is, you know, how you properly manage properties.
