these people are scammers, took a very small light package to ship thru ups, the package was about 10x6x3 inches and weighed 11 oz, i was quoted $33 and told this was the abosolute lowest rate available, i was stunned and asked what kind of charge they add on , she looked right at me and said there is no markup thats the rate at ups we make nothing off your package, well i said thanks but no thanks, drove over to ups and shipped same package for $13.. $20 cheaper than this lady quoted as her lowest possible rate , the same r... read more
I've stopped using this store as Every Time I go in there it's a bad experience. I was faxing docs to my lawyer about a lawsuit and the clerk said something like "Why don't you just get over it." I was downloading IRS forms and the owner spewed her beliefs that low income people don't pay enough taxes, while charging about a thousand percent markup for printing the docs.
